Privacy Notice
LWDepthChart is operated by Fin & Fireside Software LLC.
LWDepthChart is an unofficial fan-created community tool. Discord is used to authenticate visitors and verify access to the configured alliance server.
Information used
The service may store your Discord user ID, username/display name, avatar reference, server membership/role information, and the access decision needed to operate the site. It does not request or store your Discord password.
Discord content
The connected Discord bot may read specifically configured alliance channels to retrieve screenshots and workbooks submitted for this tool. The tool is not designed to read private direct messages.
Player data
Player statistics are generated from voluntarily shared screenshots, workbooks, and in-game information. Submit only content you are authorized to share.
iPhone app
The app uploads only the screenshots, videos, or files you select and submit for processing or administrative tasks. Uploaded media and extracted player data are processed by the service and may be retained for review. Authorized alliance administrators can access the records available to their role.
Player administration
Vacation dates, infraction records, and administrative notes support alliance planning. The service records the account responsible for changes and note authorship where available. Game-player records are separate from Discord accounts; matching names do not establish ownership of a record.
Temporary media sharing
Privileged administrators can upload media to create an unlisted public link. Anyone with that link can view the content until it expires or is removed. Links expire 48 hours after upload validation. The service records the uploader for new uploads and removes expired media through scheduled cleanup. Recipients may save their own copies; expiry does not remove those copies or independently retained backups. Do not share sensitive information through public links.
On your device
Sign-in credentials and private deletion-receipt access keys are stored in the iPhone Keychain. Appearance preferences and references to recent OCR submissions are stored locally to support your settings and recovery. Saving an alliance map to Photos requests permission to add that image; it does not grant the app access to browse your entire photo library.
Content safety
Private reports, unpublished submissions, review decisions, and Discord account restrictions are stored to handle abuse. Only the service owner can moderate reports or change restrictions. Authors can see decisions about their own submissions. These records are included in account-deletion review; do not include passwords or unrelated personal information.
Storage
Hosted application data, uploaded files, and backups are stored by the service. Signing out does not delete server records. Contact us about the retention or deletion of particular records.
Account deletion in the app
The Delete account screen shows whether requests are available. When enabled, use the account menu to request removal of your LWDepthChart account, personal uploads, authored notes, and attribution. Independent alliance player and score records remain. The planned completion window is 30 days. A private receipt on your iPhone lets you check completion after sign-out; confirmation emails are not sent. A submitted request is not the same as completed deletion. Affected local backups are removed during processing, and retained copies require review before completion.
